Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorneys Shelli Clarkston and Sherry Dreisewerd as the firm’s latest honorees for the annual Missouri Lawyers Media Women’s Justice Awards.

The duo will be recognized alongside their fellow honorees at the April 16 Women’s Justice Awards ceremony in St. Charles, Missouri. They will also be spotlighted in an upcoming special issue of Missouri Lawyers Media.
At Spencer Fane, Shelli focuses her practice on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and strategic transactions for clients in the financial services, fintech, and technology sectors. Her work combines deep knowledge of the evolving regulatory landscape with practical experience advising banks, credit unions, lenders, and technology companies on structuring compliant, forward-looking business operations.
Sherry combines creativity with sound legal judgment to close complex financial transactions, representing lenders, banks, borrowers, buyers, and sellers in connection with originating and selling real estate loans and commercial and industrial loans. Her commercial finance experience encompasses a wide variety of notable and impactful transactions, including secured, unsecured, syndicated, maritime, acquisition, and equipment financing transactions.
