Spencer Fane is pleased to announce it has named attorneys Jay Ji and Tracey Wallace as new members of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, effective September 1, 2025.
“Jay and Tracey’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment will be invaluable as we continue to build a culture of inclusion and belonging at Spencer Fane,” DEI Committee Chair James Crumlin said. “Together, Jay and Tracey will collaborate with the committee to promote diversity, encourage open dialogue, and help drive our collective efforts forward.”
Jay is a partner in the firm’s Business Transactions team and helps clients navigate complex legal and regulatory issues so that they can meet the increasing demands of today’s business environment. He is also a member of the Missouri Asian American Bar Association.
At Spencer Fane, Tracey helps clients proactively address critical labor and employment legal issues through preventive advice and counseling, allowing employers to minimize the risk of costly regulatory and compliance issues or litigious claims. Additionally, Tracey serves as co-chair of the firm’s Connect Group, Spencer Fane+.
