Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Seth Brimley has joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group as an associate in the firm’s Phoenix office.
Seth’s private practice focuses on collaborative client service to develop and implement strategies that achieve successful outcomes before mediators, arbitration panels, judges, and juries. This includes the ability to utilize all forms of traditional and alternative dispute resolution in an effort to achieve business goals and objectives at the end of the process.
In addition, Seth’s previous experience includes handling complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters along with associated litigation in an AmLaw 10 firm in New York.

Seth completed his undergraduate studies in business management at Utah Valley University before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law. Prior to entering private practice, he worked in financial services and completed a judicial externship in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
