Spencer Fane attorney Shelby Menard served as a guest speaker at the Collin County Bar Association’s Small Firm and Solo Practitioner Section Meeting on May 22 in Frisco, Texas.
During her presentation, Ransomware Incident Response Timeline, Shelby discussed the necessary tasks and chronology for responding to a ransomware attack. She also addressed key considerations in advising clients on the process of recovery and investigation.
