Valerie Haber guides businesses operating within or adjacent to the alcohol beverage industry through development, licensing, and promotional activities, as well as alcohol delivery, storage, fulfillment, and related services.
With a proven track record of success across all three tiers of the alcohol beverage space, Valerie is highly regarded for both her deep industry knowledge and responsive, transparent client communication. Her clients include wineries, breweries, distilleries, wholesale distributors, national restaurant groups, supermarkets, movie theaters, and other retailers.
In the licensing space, Valerie streamlines the process for obtaining, managing, and renewing liquor licenses. Her promotional activities counsel – for both alcohol industry members and unlicensed third parties – includes sampling, working with promoters or influencers, general advertising, and social media.
In addition to her primary focus areas, Valerie’s work guiding clients through federal, state, and local alcohol beverage laws often intersects with the government lobbying, intellectual property, and real estate industries, in which she is well-versed in areas such as health department licensing, food law permitting, and land use and zoning diligence and approvals.
