As former in-house counsel for a leading California property management company, Tawnza provides robust, full-service representation for property owners, developers, and management companies. This includes drafting agreements and contracts, advising on Fair Housing Act requirements and related regulations, and resolving operational issues and tenant disputes.
Tawnza began her legal career within a specialized California law firm which specifically represented homeowner associations and common interest developments, where she gained an in-depth understanding of community association and real estate law for condominium, planned-unit, cooperative, commercial, and mixed-use development associations.
