Shyla Giri advises clients on a variety of legal strategies, including venture and structure financings, corporate formations and reorganizations, business plans optimization, and mergers and acquisitions.
Shyla also has experience advising fund sponsors on structuring, formation, regulatory compliance, and operation of private equity funds and their management companies. She has represented investors engaged in primary and secondary transactions, including traditional purchases and sales of private fund interests, and has negotiated with counterparties on purchase and sale agreements, tri-party transfer agreements, and other agreements.
