Phoebe K. Schneider
Overview
Phoebe Schneider provides strategic counsel on a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, advancing clients’ interests through detail-oriented advocacy at all stages of the litigation process. She focuses a large part of her practice on torts, navigating complex and often contentious disputes with heightened diligence and sensitivity as she works to preserve reputations and finances.
Phoebe previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Elizabeth Brodsky in the Boulder County Court and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael Berger in the Colorado Court of Appeals. In both positions, she gained comprehensive experience conducting legal research, drafting orders and memos, and gaining critical trial process insight for both civil and criminal disputes.
Additionally, while earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School, Phoebe served as the Colorado Law Mock Trial president and competed nationally on Colorado Law’s American Association of Justice mock trial team.
