Marissa Valdez
Overview
Marissa Valdez helps clients in complex commercial litigation matters by focusing on strategic dispute resolution approaches that align with their business objectives and promote efficient, favorable outcomes.
While in law school, Marissa was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Team, where she developed skills in negotiation and arbitration she now employs to effectively advocate for clients’ interests and collaboratively resolve disputes.
Marissa previously interned with Harris County Probate Court No. 3, where she gained valuable insight into the judicial process and the intricacies of fiduciary and probate litigation. This experience strengthened her ability to manage legal matters involving sensitive relationships and heightened emotional dynamics.
