Overview
Marc Silverstein harnesses extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in complex commercial real estate transactions to craft agreements for leasing, subleasing, assignment, and amendment of facilities for office, retail, industrial, and medical use. He handles all aspects of commercial leasing, from deal structuring and negotiation to drafting and review, providing clients with comprehensive, business-focused legal counsel.
Marc also advises purchasers, sellers, and developers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, with combined transaction financings exceeding $100 million during his time in private practice. His transactional work includes drafting and negotiating partnership, operating, equity purchase, and construction access agreements.
In addition, Marc represents cooperatives and condominiums in a wide range of real estate and governance matters, helping boards and owners navigate complex legal and operational challenges with clarity and efficiency.
