Overview

Kendra Stacey serves as city attorney for Conway Springs, Kansas, and supports several other cities through collaboration with her colleagues. She advises city officials, administrators, and staff on a wide range of issues, including governance, land use, regulatory compliance, and municipal operations. Partnering closely with Spencer Fane public finance attorneys, she assists with structuring and executing economic development projects and ensuring seamless and compliant transactions that advance client objectives.

In addition to her municipal law focus, Kendra brings broad legal experience across business and transactional matters. She is skilled in drafting and reviewing contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and development agreements. Her practice also includes regulatory compliance, business formation, real estate, and litigation support, allowing her to provide well-rounded, practical counsel.

Kendra is committed to building strong client relationships by understanding her clients’ operations and goals, enabling her to deliver clear and actionable legal guidance.

During law school, Kendra served as the executive articles editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy, president of KU Women in Law, and student director for the Paul E. Wilson Project for Innocence & Post-Conviction Remedies Clinic.
