Kayleigh Wright helps clients navigate a wide range of banking, financial services, and real estate disputes, drawing on her prior experience as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 title insurance company. Her practice focuses on auto finance matters, contested foreclosures, real estate and title issues, and alleged federal and state regulatory violations, including claims arising under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and other state and federal consumer protection laws. She also has experience in business and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on contract disputes.
Known for her adaptable litigation strategy, Kayleigh has earned a reputation among clients and opposing counsel for professionalism, collegiality, and clear communication, coupled with aggressive and proactive advocacy when circumstances require. Her experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds enables her to analyze complex legal issues efficiently and communicate them effectively to a wide range of audiences.
Prior to entering private practice, Kayleigh served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Thomas Wingate of the Franklin Circuit Court in Frankfurt, Kentucky.
