Overview

Julie Jorgensen is an accomplished litigator with more than 25 years of experience trying matters in state and federal courts for a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, and construction defect. She has extensive experience in professional liability matters, and regularly represents architects, engineers, accountants, attorneys, and real estate professionals, including property managers. She also frequently handles matters concerning catastrophic loss.

Distinguished for exceptional management of cases at inception, Julie builds pathways for ideal outcomes during the earliest stages of disputes, then nimbly adapts strategies as cases progress. She is widely recognized for leading early investigations and rapid responses, including responses to administrative agencies.

Julie understands the importance of identifying clients’ unique needs and objectives to offer the most practical and effective solutions backed by significant courtroom experience and a strong willingness to litigate.
