Overview
Grant Figari relies on his proven experience in court to assist clients with weighing the costs and benefits of litigation compared to other dispute resolution options. He focuses his growing practice on complex commercial litigation, with particular experience representing banks and other financial services providers.
Prior to entering private practice, Grant graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he won several awards for his oral advocacy skills while competing on the National Trial Team and National Appellate Advocacy Team. During law school, he also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Lucy Inman at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. He has since spent time gaining hands-on experience utilizing the full range of dispute resolution options that lead to beneficial outcomes, minimizing the legal, financial, and reputational damage incurred in the process.
