Esther Feuer
Overview
Esther Feuer counsels and advises clients in a broad range of labor and employment-related matters in a wide-range of industries on workplace issues and risks, including employee hires, separations, leaves, accommodations, pre-employment considerations, wage and hour risks, employment policies and both physical and website ADA accessibility. Her practical, solutions-oriented approach helps clients navigate complex employment issues while minimizing legal risk and exposure and supporting effective compliance with evolving workplace laws.
In addition, Esther defends employers facing claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, ADA accessibility, and wage and hour violations in state and federal courts, as well as in proceedings before administrative agencies. Esther also drafts and negotiates confidentiality, separation, event, restrictive covenant and settlement agreements.
