Courtney Howard

Courtney Howard maintains a broad commercial litigation practice, representing individuals and businesses across a wide range of industries, including private equity, hospitality, news, and entertainment. Her work spans litigation and arbitration, bankruptcy, internal and government investigations, and strategic counseling in jurisdictions across the country. Courtney also has significant experience handling employment-related matters, including disputes involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and confidential information.  Prior to beginning her legal practice, Courtney served as a law clerk to the Honorable William P. Johnson of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.
