Anna C. Carruth
Overview
Anna Carruth helps insurers and reinsurers effectively navigate complex coverage disputes, including by negotiating solutions which mitigate financial exposure and, when necessary, pursuing litigation in both state and federal courts.
Prior to focusing her practice on insurance, Anna acquired experience managing other civil litigation matters, gaining tools which help both broaden and deepen her legal strategies as she continues to hone an outcome-oriented practice that adheres to clients’ individual goals. She prioritizes honest and direct communication as she guides clients through every step of the legal process.
While earning her Juris Doctor, Anna served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mike Engelhart, former Judge of the 151st Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas, and as a law clerk in private practice.
