Abigail Lipnick
Overview
Abby Lipnick is an associate in the firm’s real estate group, focusing on residential and commercial real estate matters. She represents sellers and purchasers in residential transactions, including the purchase and sale of condominiums and cooperative apartments, and frequently drafts and negotiates contracts of sale. Abby has also represented landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, advising clients throughout the leasing process and lease extensions.
Before joining the firm, Abby represented institutional lenders in a range of financing matters, including asset-based lending and acquisition financing. Prior to practicing law, she worked in compliance at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, overseeing real estate and economic development initiatives backed by the New York City Industrial Development Agency and Build NYC.
