Aaron D. Quinby
Overview
Aaron D. Quinby counsels businesses, individuals, and families throughout the U.S. in general and commercial real estate matters, providing a supportive and efficient legal environment for negotiating, structuring, and closing highly sophisticated transactions.
Well-versed in all stages of a transaction, Aaron prepares initial sale documents, negotiates title insurance coverage, identifies and resolves title and survey issues, conducts due diligence, and prepares all necessary documents for successful closings. In his wide-ranging commercial real estate practice, he represents both financial institutions and owners in transactions pertaining to office, industrial, hospitality, retail, agribusiness, and multifamily projects which span the full spectrum of deal structures, including joint ventures, tenancies-in-common, ground leases, master leases, condominiums, phased developments, preferred equity, and investment funds.
Aaron’s experience on both sides of the negotiation table grants him a comprehensive perspective while working through sale documents, and his highly communicative client service and acute attention to detail allow him to effectively address sensitivities while proactively developing short- and long-term plans which meet specific client objectives.
Prior to entering private practice, Aaron served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sheridan Hawley in the Minnesota District Court for the Tenth Judicial District.
