This Tamara Waters and Kunal Shah-led session will discuss recent trending issues in cases involving corporate raiding. Restrictive covenant cases hinge on the strength of the covenants, early discovery strategies and tactics, and developing or challenging a damages model without disrupting customers. The team will provide practical tools for litigators to both evaluate the strength of their case and assess the merits of cases brought against their clients.
