Spencer Fane attorney Greg Ash will present at an upcoming webinar about how a recent Supreme Court ruling will impact retirement plans.
Hosted by Ignites, Greg will co-present with Jerry Schlichter, the lead attorney for the plaintiffs in Hughes v. Northwestern University. Greg and Jerry will analyze the case and its effect on the retirement industry, including excessive-fee litigation and how plan sponsors and record keepers might need to re-evaluate their plan design.
