Spencer Fane is pleased to announce Kevin Kuhlman has joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the firm’s Kansas City office.
Kevin utilizes extensive experience with clients ranging from major corporations to smaller entities and individuals across a wide range of industries in complex and consequential matters. His curated track record of success includes a specific concentration of representing manufacturers and hospitality industry companies in breach of contract, breach of warranty, premises liability, and product liability in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
In addition, Kevin handles consumer class actions and other types of multidistrict litigation involving alleged deceptive trade practices, product liability, and warranty claims. He also performs internal investigations and regularly resolves claims through mediation, multiparty settlement conferences, and other alternative dispute resolution methods.

Kevin completed his undergraduate studies at Truman State University and earned his Juris Doctor from the Washington University School of Law.
