Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Toni Ojoyeyi has been named a North Star Lawyer by the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) in recognition of her pro bono work.
As a North Star Lawyer, Toni is one of 685 Minnesota attorneys who provided at least 50 hours of legal services to low-income people at no fee, and without expectation of a fee, in 2022. She and her fellow honorees are listed in the May/June 2023 issue of Bench & Bar magazine.
Since its 1883 inception, the Minnesota State Bar Association has sought to promote the highest standards of excellence and inclusion within the legal profession, provided valued resources to its members, and strived to improve the law and the equal administration of justice for all.
At Spencer Fane, Toni counsels clients on the implementation of effective best practices and policies while helping them navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and compliance environment for businesses. This helps them to avoid employer-employee disputes and potentially costly litigation.
