Spencer Fane attorney Toni Ojoyeyi was invited to speak to Professor Kathya Cibelle Dawe’s class at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis on April 8th.
Toni shared details with the students about her journey into the legal industry and her current experiences as a labor and employment attorney. Both this visit and her recent panel at Minnesota CLE New Lawyer Experience exemplify Toni’s commitment to fostering the development of law students and young professionals.
At Spencer Fane, Toni counsels clients on the implementation of effective labor and employment best practices and policies while helping them navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and compliance environment for businesses. This helps them to avoid employer-employee disputes and potentially costly litigation. She also serves on the leadership committee for Spencer Fane+, a connect group for LGBTQIA+ professionals and allies at Spencer Fane.
