Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Shelby Wilson has joined the firm’s Plano office as an associate in the Litigation practice group.
Wilson’s private practice focuses on a wide variety of commercial litigation with specific experience in construction defect, products liability, premises liability, transportation, and employment matters. Previously, she had stints as a law clerk in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas and as an intern for U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey C. Manske in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
“Shelby brings a strong educational and professional background to Spencer Fane, and we look forward to the contributions she will make to our litigation practice,” said Paul Sander, office managing partner for Spencer Fane in Plano. “This was a wonderful opportunity to deepen our bench as we continue to prioritize our clients’ most pressing litigation needs.”
Wilson completed her undergraduate degree in political science at Texas Tech University before earning her Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School. While in law school, she was a member of the Baylor Barrister Society and participated in The School of the Appeal at the Academy of the Advocate at St. Andrews, Scotland.
