Spencer Fane attorneys Sean McKenna, Lauren Nelson, and Vincent Aiello presented Preserving and Protecting Assets in Healthcare, a First Healthcare Compliance webinar, on October 13.
During the presentation, the attorneys discussed the interplay between enforcement and liability proceedings with asset protection; explored how government and private litigation matters can impact healthcare companies, clinicians, and executives; and provided tips and preventive strategies to preserve income and assets to ensure business continuity and succession planning.
