Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Abena Tawiah has joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group as an associate in the firm’s Nashville office.

In addition to her litigation work, Tawiah also works closely with clients on transactional matters.

“The firm is pleased to bring Abena on in a full-time capacity at Spencer Fane Bone McAllester,” said Charles Robert Bone, Office Managing Partner for Spencer Fane Bone McAllester in Nashville. “We were impressed not only with Abena’s work ethic and ability to grow in her legal work during her previous time with us but also with how she fit so well into the collaborative culture. She truly understands and supports our priority of providing high levels of responsive and efficient client service.”

Prior to entering private practice, Tawiah also interned for the United Nation’s Population Fund and clerked for the Office of the District Attorney General in the 6th District of Tennessee. She completed her undergraduate studies at Lipscomb University and later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
