NF Forward is a nonprofit that aims to eradicate and raise awareness about the genetic disorder neurofibromatosis (NF). The organization works alongside the Gilbert Family Foundation to fund groundbreaking, cutting-edge NF research; support other NF organizations’ innovative work; and foster the creation of critical research tools.
The annual beNeFit gala, NF Forward’s signature event, is a fun night that includes a cocktail hour, dinner, silent and live auctions, and an after-party. Since 2013, beNeFit has raised over $55 million. This year’s gala was celebrated at Huntington Place under the theme “A Color-Filled Night to Cure NF” and raised an impressive $10,538,325.
