Spencer Fane was pleased to be a platinum sponsor for The Real Estate Center at Menlo College’s 2024 Real Estate Symposium on March 13 in Atherton, California. Attorney Sarahann Shapiro – director of The Real Estate Center – attended with Daniel Chung.
Sarahann organized the event, which featured a session led by two real estate industry leaders, a special panel of local mayors, and a networking reception. Attendees gained valuable information about current conditions in construction and finance, overcoming common challenges in commercial real estate, and local government programs and opportunities.
The Symposium serves as the premier event for The Real Estate Center at Menlo College, which provides several programs and speakers for its students and local community throughout the year. The Center exists to connect Menlo to the real estate industry in the area for networking and improvement of its real estate program, and to open avenues for students and those in the real estate industry looking for new prospects.
