Daniel Chung is an experienced trial attorney who helps clients through all stages of litigation and dispute resolution. A former criminal prosecutor in New York City and Silicon Valley, Daniel adeptly navigates high-stakes investigations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
He has completed many jury trials and bench trials and received the Robert L. Webb Award for excellence in trial advocacy. Active in the San Francisco Bay Area community, Daniel holds leadership positions in KABANC and APABA Silicon Valley and volunteers for NAACP, KACF-SF, Bellarmine, Harvard, and many other organizations.
