Spencer Fane Plano Office Gains Financial Services Attorney

Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Alex S. Anderson joined the firm’s Plano office as an associate in the Banking and Financial Services practice group.

Alex assists clients with a wide range of bankruptcy and restructuring matters, ensuring adherence to legal principles and precedents amid an evolving industry. Prior to joining Spencer Fane, he served as a law clerk for Chief Bankruptcy Judge John S. Hodge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana, where he managed high-volume caseloads, conducted case analyses and evaluations, researched and drafted memoranda and orders, and helped prepare for court hearings and trials.

Alex completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin before earning his Juris Doctor at the University of Texas School of Law, where he was actively engaged in numerous legal societies and clerkships. He also notably served as a research assistant, where he focused on complex Chapter 11 cases.
