In our commitment to promote racial equity in the law, we are pleased to announce the firm has joined the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance (LFAA).
Spencer Fane joins over 125 law firms in support of the LFAA’s mission “to leverage the resources of the private bar in partnership with legal services organizations to amplify the voices of communities and individuals oppressed by racism, to better use the law as a vehicle for change that benefits communities of color.”

As part of the firm’s diversity and inclusion mission, Spencer Fane has implemented an Unconscious Bias Training for all attorneys and staff members that will be presented throughout 2020 by Dionne King, CEO of DMK Consults, an executive leadership development firm with a focus on strategic diversity and initiative.
