Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Andrew Johnson and Tamara Hyndman have joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the firm’s Dallas office. Johnson joins the firm as a partner while Hyndman will serve as an associate.

ANDREW JOHNSON
With significant proven experience as a lead trial attorney, Andrew represents companies in a variety of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, trademark infringement, noncompete, construction, product liability, and transportation litigation. He regularly handles high-dollar lawsuits that can directly impact a company’s bottom line, with a commitment to partnering with clients to fully understand litigation goals and business objectives for each unique matter. Andrew completed his undergraduate studies at Kansas State University and earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Kansas School of Law.
TAMARA HYNDMAN
Tamara focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, as well as labor and employment matters. However, her wide-ranging experience also includes premises liability, transportation matters, and general insurance defense. While in law school, she completed internships at the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and the White House. Tamara obtained an undergraduate degree in communication and media studies from Texas A&M University and earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.
