Spencer Fane attorneys Andrew Brought and Paul Jacobson presented to the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Heart of America Chapter on January 23 in Independence, Missouri.
During their session, OSHA Outlook & Current Enforcement Trends, Drew and Paul provided an overview of current OSHA priorities and policy shifts under the current administration. Topics included enforcement areas such as LOTO, trenching, and warehousing and flexibility for smaller employers.
