Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Quentin Cumings joined the Real Estate Practice Group as an associate in the firm’s Tampa office.
Quentin regularly counsels residential and commercial developers, builders, owners, and investors to help them navigate complex transactions in an efficient manner that prioritizes advancing his clients’ strategic growth objectives. This includes an intentional focus on keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Whether engaged for ongoing strategic counsel or specific opportunities, he has the ability to handle the purchase, sale, development, construction, and exchange of land and properties.

Quentin completed his undergraduate studies majoring in economics at the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law. Before entering private practice, Quentin worked in accounting and tutored University of Florida student-athletes.
