Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome Ryan J. Silva to the firm’s Tulsa, Oklahoma, office as an associate in the Health Care Practice Group.
The firm’s July 1 combination with Conner & Winters, LLP, saw approximately 60 attorneys throughout the Midwest and South bring established practices in a wide variety of service areas. Ryan will assist the health care practice in Tulsa, working with providers and other health care entities to navigate complex industry regulations with a focus on mitigating risk and protecting operations.
Prior to focusing his practice on health care law, Ryan assisted with disputes related to insurance and commercial litigation, providing him with a more comprehensive view of general business matters and associated litigation processes.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
While in law school, Ryan completed multiple internships in private practice as well as for Community Health Connection. His interest in health care law was also spurred by his university’s Health Law Moot Court, where he was the lead brief writer.
