Overview
Ryan Silva assists a wide variety of health care providers navigating complex industry regulations with a focus on mitigating risk and protecting operations for continued quality patient care.
Touching on all aspects of health care law, Ryan conducts legal research, drafts contracts and other legal documents, assists with transactions and other agreements, and ensures compliance with complex state and federal regulations.
Prior to focusing his practice on health care law, Ryan assisted with disputes related to insurance and commercial litigation, providing him with a more comprehensive view of general business matters and associated litigation processes.
While in law school, Ryan completed multiple internships in private practice as well as for Community Health Connection. His interest in health care law was also spurred by his university’s Health Law Moot Court, where he was the lead brief writer. He also served as an articles editor for Tulsa Law Review, received five CALI Awards, and was inducted into the Order of the Curule Chair.
