Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome Nicholas Ocampo to the firm’s Houston office as an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
Nick represents businesses in litigation spanning real estate, construction, financial, insurance, and complex commercial matters. He tailors each strategy to his clients’ goals, always safeguarding their legal interests while advancing specific financial, operational, and business objectives.
Nick moves easily between industries and cases, blending thoughtful advocacy with broad experience to achieve positive results inside and outside the courtroom.
Prior to earning his Juris Doctor, Nick served as an account manager for a natural gas compression and production equipment provider. There, he gained valuable skills managing relationships with industry leaders and key stakeholders, identifying strategic solutions, and negotiating and maintaining contracts. In his current practice, he applies this experience to forge strong, long-term client relationships rooted in full-service support at all stages of the litigation cycle.

Nick obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University before earning his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston.
