Spencer Fane Adds Partner to Litigation Bench in Denver

Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Alan D. Schindler joined the firm’s Denver office as a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.

Alan represents individuals and public and private entities in a full spectrum of commercial litigation matters, employing more than 15 years of trial experience and agile resolution strategies to achieve successful outcomes in and out of the courtroom. He specifically focuses on contracts, real estate law, professional liability, and business torts.

Boasting a track record of favorable results for his diverse clientele, Alan has notably represented individuals across the agriculture, shipping, finance, mortgage lending, private equity, and construction industries.

Alan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan before earning his Juris Doctor at Georgetown University Law Center. He is a proactive member of several professional groups and actively works to support the District of Colorado’s key access to justice initiatives, including serving on the Advisory Board of the Federal Pro Se Clinic, and as a founding board member of the Federal Limited Appearance Program. He also serves on the Board of the Faculty of Federal Advocates, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of legal practice in federal courts in the District of Colorado.
