Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome John Bloomer as a partner in the Real Estate practice in the firm’s Plano office.
Bloomer handles real estate transactions of all sizes through negotiation, structuring and completion. His clients have ranged from smaller companies at a local level to those with international operations. He’s proficient in handling acquisition, development, construction, financing, leasing, operation and management, and regularly works with developers, commercial owners, private investors, lenders, brokers, landlords, tenants and property management companies.
Bloomer helps clients with a wide variety of property — land, master planned communities, multifamily housing, senior housing, student housing, mixed-use development, high-rise office space, medical facilities, hotels, restaurants, retail complexes and more.

Bloomer’s complementary experience includes ownership of a real estate company and an educational background in business. He uses this perspective to develop successful strategies to meet client expectations for favorable financial outcomes.
Bloomer’s education includes undergraduate work at University of North Texas (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Business Administration) and a Master of Business Administration from University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. He received his Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in Minnesota.
