Spencer Fane Adds Attorney in Denver, Expanding Robust Real Estate Practice

July 2, 2025

Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome Victoria A. Venzor to the firm’s Denver office as an associate in the Real Estate practice group.

Victoria represents homebuilders, commercial developers, financial institutions, landlords, and tenants on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions for various property types throughout the U.S. She has acquired experience in real estate development, land banking, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and commercial financing in addition to handling the formation and operation of homeowners’ associations.

After graduating with her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, Victoria went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law Center.

“Victoria joins our strong and dynamic real estate team with comprehensive experience representing local, regional, and national clients in sophisticated commercial transactions,” said Ron Fano, Office Managing Partner for Spencer Fane in Denver. “Her proactive roles within broader industry and community groups will ensure strong cultural alignment as our firm continues to expand its geographical reach and representation through the addition of top legal talent who embody our core values.”

During law school, Victoria served as a clerk for several law firms, gaining critical skills which have allowed her to communicate and strategize at a high level in her current legal practice. Her Spanish fluency also lends itself to a broader client base as well as her ongoing commitment to legal and community initiatives for Latino populations, including her work for Mi Familia Vota’s Citizenship Drive and as an interpreter for Project Safeguard’s legal advocacy program.
