Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Nicholas A. Fedewa joined the firm’s Denver office as an associate in the Real Estate practice group.
Nick helps clients navigate a wide range of real estate and business transactions with a focus on providing counsel for capital markets financing and other complex financial transactions. Working extensively with matters involving Rule 144A and Regulation S, his sound legal acumen is both strategic and informed. In addition to his primary area of focus, Nick handles contracts and lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while safeguarding the interests of clients and corporations.

Nick completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, where he also earned his Juris Doctor at the university’s School of Law.
