Servando Sandoval Volunteers for Community Housing Project

May 13, 2024

Spencer Fane attorney Servando Sandoval joined over 100 volunteers for the Rebekah Children’s Services (RCS) and Housing Industry Foundation’s Day-of-Service on April 18 in Hollister, California.

The team came together to finalize renovations for housing units on the RCS Chamberlains Campus, which will further the nonprofit’s mission to serve the mental health, foster care and adoption needs of local children and families. In addition to donating his time, Servando was on hand for the project’s ribbon-cutting ceremony.

At Spencer Fane, Servando represents both for-profit and nonprofit owners, property managers and developers, employers, and other businesses and individuals involved in state and federal litigation and administrative hearings. He also provides guidance to his clients in all aspects of day-to-day employment issues, including but not limited to discrimination, sexual harassment, leaves of absence, and wage and hour claims.

Like many Spencer Fane professionals, Servando also demonstrates a deep commitment to his local community. In addition to his volunteer work with RCS, he chairs the Board of Directors for Voices College-Bound Language Academies, serves as Vice Chair for the Alum Rock Jazz Foundation, and sits on the Board for the Housing Industry Foundation. Servando also previously served as president of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Silicon Valley and the Board of Directors for the San Jose Day Nursery.
