“Brent and Alex bring highly valuable and targeted knowledge in multiple public and private legal sectors,” said Jason Hawkins, Office Managing Partner for Spencer Fane in Salt Lake City. “While both focus on complex securities litigation, Brent joins us with decades of established, hands-on industry knowledge and Alex maintains agile footing in new-age markets experiencing rapid growth and the corresponding need for innovative legal services. Both will be strong complements to our robust litigation team, from the practice’s core focus areas to forward-looking client opportunities.”
