Titled “Ron Fano Talks About Adapting With Flexible Tech,” the interview covers the way Spencer Fane has adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic.
While many things to be adjusted in this environment, some things have remained the same. “One of our core principles is world class-client service. Pre-pandemic, pandemic, post-pandemic,” Ron explained in the article. “What we decided is what needed to be done first and foremost was to get in touch with the clients and figure out how they would most prefer to replace the face-to-face element to our relationships.”
