Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Victoria M. McLaughlin joined the firm’s Tampa, Florida, office as an of counsel attorney in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.
Victoria represents clients across an expansive list of industries within her diverse litigation practice, including general liability, trust and estates, guardianship, commercial, professional liability, fiduciary litigation, and more, also employing her dynamic skill set to provide effective appellate counsel.
With a high capacity to quickly shift between competencies while remaining attuned to individual client objectives, Victoria’s litigation practice is as comprehensive as it is nimble. She resourcefully applies cross-industry insights to form well-founded, practical strategies to favorably resolve disputes, ensuring intentional processes and a track record of success.

Victoria’s practice also spans litigation related to First Amendment matters, insurance coverage and re-insurance, and construction. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida magna cum laude before earning her Juris Doctor at Florida State University College of Law cum laude.
