Mitch Martin Explores AI Issues in the Courts at Meeting of Appellate and Supreme Court Judges

Spencer Fane attorney Mitchell Martin spoke at the Missouri Appellate Forum on June 26 at the University of Missouri School of Law in Columbia, Missouri. 

This two-day program provided educational insights to the state’s appellate districts and Supreme Court. During his session, AI Issues in the Court, Mitch and his fellow panelists explored how courts are addressing the growing use of artificial intelligence in litigation and judicial decision-making, including challenges involving accuracy, data privacy, and ethical obligations.
