In a recent article, Pandemic Fails to Slow Down Missouri’s Largest Firms, Missouri Lawyers Weekly featured Spencer Fane by highlighting the firm’s ongoing growth initiatives in the MOney 2022 special section, an annual report on the financial rankings of top Missouri law firms.
In a profile on the firm, Missouri Lawyers Weekly noted that Spencer Fane continued its growth trajectory in 2021 with an emphasis on attracting and retaining top talent who fit well with the firm’s collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.
“We committed to coming out of this pandemic stronger as a firm, which meant we were not going to pause the execution of our strategic plan,” Spencer Fane Chair Patrick J. Whalen told Missouri Lawyers Weekly.
In the profile, he added that “a lot of talented people made a move very bravely and very courageously during COVID to come to a new firm.”
