Spencer Fane attorney Andrea Chase recently spoke at the Missouri Independent Bankers Association’s (MIBA) annual convention covering bankruptcy law.
Titled “Bankruptcy 101,” Andrea provided an overview of creditor rights in bankruptcy, as well as pitfalls and traps for the unwary creditor.
At Spencer Fane, Andrea represents secured and unsecured creditors and bankruptcy trustees in bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy insolvency proceedings such as receiverships and foreclosure proceedings, out-of-court workouts and restructurings, and other related insolvency matters. She is involved in multiple bankruptcy organizations and is often called upon to speak on bankruptcy topics at events.
