Spencer Fane attorney Kim Kerns spoke as a panelist for a Dallas Bar Association CLE event on July 14 for the benefit of young attorneys.
The hybrid session, Trial Lawyers 40 and Under – Navigating Trial as a Young Lawyer, took place at the Arts District Mansion in Dallas and via Zoom. Kim and her fellow panelists shared their experiences and insights to advise attendees on navigating the courtroom with confidence and skill. They discussed individual and team trial advocacy, provided strategies for conquering intimidation, and more. Kim was joined by Andrés Correa of Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann, Robert Bogdanowicz of Burke Bogdanowicz, and Moderator Elizabeth “BB” Sanford of Sanford Firm.
The Dallas Bar Association, founded in 1873, is a voluntary professional association of 11,000+ attorneys such as Kim. The organization is dedicated to the continuing education of its members, as well as community programs.
